Tai Chi, Qi Gong
and Chung Moo Exercise

Program Includes:

  • Three 45 minute classes per week.
  • Learn the Tai Chi Chung long form.
  • Gi Gong (moving) breathing and Qi Gong (static) meditation.
  • Chung Moo (mind and body) exercise to develop strength, coordination and flexibility.
  • Self Defense applications to Tai Chi Forms
