The Tai Chi, Chi Gong
and Chung Moo Exercise Program
This program is available mornings, and evenings and includes the following:
- Up to three 45 minute classes per week
- The Tai Chi Chung long form (also available on video for home practice)
- Gi Gong (moving) breathing and Chi Gong (stationary) meditation techniques
- Chung Moo (mind and body) exercises to develop strength, coordination and flexibility
Through the practice of Tai Chi, Chi Gong and Chung Moo Exercise you will:
- Learn natural breathing techniques to improve your intake
of oxygen and help to expel toxins.
- Learn movements that engage the mind to help you release mental and physical stress
- Improve your balance, flexibility, circulation and internal strength
- Enhance your performance in all other physical activities
including golf, walking, running tennis and swimming
- Make new friends in a positive environment
Classes are open to all ages and ability levels. We offer walk
in classes for $15.
